FAQs

Are your sausages gluten free?

Yes! All our meat is gluten free, nitrate free, antibiotic free, MRNA free, boaver free and hormone free. Read more in our sustainability blog post.

Why is your product frozen?

We freeze our beef and lamb to provide convenience to the consumer and ensure meat quality at time of slaughter. To get the best consistency, we like to process our meat on a rising plain of nutrition. Due to our meat being 100% Grass-fed and Grass finished we only have a few small windows of opportunity throughout the year for when our stock are on the rising plain of nutrition.

Do you use MRNA or Bovaer?

No we don't

How is it packaged?

All of our meat is cryovaced and frozen fresh.
